Barrie Loberg – Inventor of ICE
An Information Systems expert, Barrie Loberg has 13 years experience in Custom Contract Interiors with Evans Consoles where he was Director of Solutions and Technology. Instrumental in the implementation of new technologies, including an Automated Proposal Generator, Barrie received Alberta Venture's Award for Most Enterprising Employee in 2000. His experience in Digital Imaging, Proposals/Solutions, Engineering and Marketing Technology are all utilized as he leads in the development of ICE® software.
Dale Sawyer
Dale has over 25 years in Business Management, including eight years in the furniture manufacturing industry. With an educational background in Communications and Engineering Design, Dale has worked as a Technical Writer, CAD Manager, Product Manager, Manager of Product Development and Intellectual Property Administrator. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities inherent to these positions, Dale's experience includes the acquisition and implementation of parametric design solutions and automated manufacturing solutions, contract negotiation, codes and compliance, development of parametric configurator, and automation of CAD processes. As a founding member of the ICE team, Dale has been immersed in the development, marketing and business processes of the ICE venture since inception.
Mark Greffen
Mark Greffen has over 15 years of management experience in manufacturing and development environments. Mark has worked in Custom Engineering, Product Development, Product Engineering, Implementation Consulting, CAD Standards, Project Management, Marketing and Operations Management. Mark's accomplishments include implementation of a wide variety of products and systems and covering off every aspect of the projects from requirements definition through to post project review. With his background in Engineering, Business and Operations, Mark brings a unique perspective to the business and is a self-described product evangelist for the ICE platform. In his current role Mark is engaged in a variety of activities ranging from sales and marketing to customer relationship management and future R&D.
