- Strategically identify, qualify, target, and develop opportunities sufficient to meet organizational goals
- Create and execute strategic, effective, and actionable plans that define a clear growth strategy for developing new business
- Provide solution based presentations to prospective clients to drive deals to closure
- Leverage internal resources to execute against sales objectives and overall business strategy
Requirements/ Assets:
- Superior client relationship skills including experience in negotiations and articulating complex solutions and benefits and closing sales.
- Minimum 5 years experience selling in a solution sales environment and developing custom solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Effective presentation and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and attitude
- Professional communication skills with an ability to listen, influence, negotiate, and sell over the phone
